Baird & Warner Real Estate Acquires Prime Property Partners of La Grange

January 27, 2012 -- Baird & Warner Real Estate announced today that it has acquired west suburban real estate broker Prime Property Partners.  The Prime Property Partners’ location at 114 Calendar Avenue in La Grange will become Baird & Warner’s 23rd branch sales office in northeastern Illinois.  The combination of these two independent real estate firms further strengthens and extends Baird & Warner’s field of service in Chicago’s top west suburban communities, including La Grange, La Grange Park, Western Springs, La Grange Highlands, Brookfield, Riverside, Westchester, Burr Ridge, Countryside and Willow Springs.
